You can now build your own dashboards by combining widgets from the Inbox, SLAs, and Agents modules in one configurable view, with monitors and channels acting as data filters.

What's included:

• Create dashboards with your own selection of widgets from Inbox, SLAs, and Agents
• Scope each dashboard to specific monitors and channels, up to 150 combined
• Share dashboards with specific teams or users, or keep them private
• Apply global filters across all widgets at once, including SLA, Agent, Data Source, Engagement Type, Inbound Routing, and Tags
• Drag, drop, and resize widgets, with your layout saved automatically
• Export dashboard data to Excel

Custom Dashboards centralize your operational visibility, so your team tracks performance in one place instead of navigating between modules.

Note: Agents can view dashboards shared with them but cannot create dashboards.
